Welcome to the Local Community Stabilization Authority (LCSA)
The LCSA supports Michigan communities by distributing revenue from the local community stabilization share tax and telecommunications maintenance fees. These funds help cities, villages, and townships cover essential local services like public safety and infrastructure.
This site provides updates, payment schedules, and resources related to LCSA and Metro Act distributions. We aim to ensure municipalities have timely access to accurate funding information and support materials.
